Q: Can I return or exchange my dress if I change my mind?
A: Because our gowns are made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order is placed. We strongly encourage you to read our full return policy before purchasing. Once your order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Q: What happens if my gown arrives damaged?
A: If your gown arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll review the concern and work with you to find a resolution.
Q: How long will it take to receive my gown?
A: Gowns that are in stock may ship sooner, but most custom gowns require 12–24 weeks, with some taking 6 months or longer to create and ship. These are handcrafted, high-quality garments made with care. If you're on a tight timeline, please contact us before placing your order.
Q: How does the ordering process work?
A: Once you've selected your style, size, color, and fabric, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Full payment is required before production begins. After that, no changes can be made. Bridesmaid orders will not be submitted until all sizes and payments for the entire party have been received.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each designer has a unique size chart and we've included them in the image gallery of each gown. Using our Measurement Guide as a reference, you can use your measurements to select the best size, based on your largest measurement. If you fall between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size, as it's easier to take in than let out. Please note that alterations are almost always required for the perfect fit.
Q: Do you offer alterations?
A: Yes—for in-store purchases only. Alterations are included in the price of your gown and are performed in-house. Online orders do not include alterations.
Q: Will the fabric and color match what I saw online?
A: Our designers use the finest fabrics, and natural variations may occur in texture, weave, or dye lots. These subtle differences are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of the fabric’s unique character. Colors may also appear slightly different in person compared to your computer, tablet, or smartphone screen.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer flat-rate shipping of $30 USD per gown to addresses in the U.S. and Canada. If you're located in the EU or Australia, please contact us before ordering to arrange shipping.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, with all payments processed in U.S. Dollars.
