Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our final sale policy, how we handle rare cases of damage, and what to expect regarding alterations.

At Bloomingdale Bridal & Boutique, we take great care in helping you find the perfect gown.
However, due to the custom nature of bridal and formalwear, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases, whether made in-store or online.

  • We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing to ensure confidence and clarity in your selection.

Alterations

Alterations are not included with the purchase of any gown purchased in-store or online. Alterations are available for an added fee for gowns purchased in-store at our Pennsylvania location. We recommend you find a trusted local seamstress if you are purchasing online.
